How to Set Up Onpix IPTV on Firestick, Smart TV, Android and iPhone

Setting up Onpix IPTV takes about ten minutes on most devices. You need three things: an active subscription or free trial, an IPTV player app on your device, and the login details we send you by email or WhatsApp after you order. This guide walks through each popular device and ends with the fixes for problems we see most often in support.

What you receive after ordering

Once your order is confirmed, our team sends your access details. Depending on the app you use, you will get either an Xtream Codes login (server URL, username and password) or an M3U playlist link. Xtream Codes is the better choice for most people because it loads the channel guide (EPG), movie posters and series episodes automatically. Keep these details private: each line is limited to the number of devices on your plan.

Amazon Firestick and Fire TV

From the Fire TV home screen, open Settings > My Fire TV > Developer options and allow apps from unknown sources for the Downloader app.
Install Downloader from the Amazon Appstore and use it to install your IPTV player app.
Open the player, choose Login with Xtream Codes API, and enter the server URL, username and password exactly as we sent them.
Wait for channels, movies and series to load. The first load can take a minute on older Firesticks.

Common setup problems and quick fixes

"Invalid login" or "account not found": copy the server URL, username and password again. Most errors are an extra space, a missing http://, or a wrong letter case in the password.
Channels load but will not play: switch the player's stream format or decoder (for example from HLS to MPEG-TS, or from hardware to software decoding).
"Max connections reached": your plan's device limit is in use. Close the app on another screen or upgrade to a plan with more devices on the pricing page.
Guide (EPG) is empty: refresh the EPG in the app settings and give it a few minutes to download.
